ShopSys Framework is a scalable e-commerce framework for fast-growing e-commerce sites created and maintained by in-house developers or outsourcing companies. The Framework is provided with tools and know-how that all together save thousands of developer man-hours in both the short term and especially in the long term. Yet it still provides enough freedom. ShopSys Framework is for everyone and for free.

Open-source PHP/Symfony3 full stack developer: Ostrava (CZ), Žilina (SK)
Are you constantly broadening your skills and you feel like you can’t learn more? We won’t beat about the bush, we are looking for top programmers who will become a part of a team of our best programmers. We are looking for full-time developers in Ostrava and Žilina who are confident with PHP and PostgreSQL. You will work with PHP7, Symfony3 and other modern technologies, tools and processes. Product Owner (Ostrava)
Do you have the skills to lead a global project team? If you join us as a product owner, you will have the main word when deciding the short-term strategy of ShopSys Framework and partially when creating the long term one. The person we are looking for should be knowledgeable in programming, PHP, application architecture, UX and WF creation. You will also be in regular contact with salespeople, programmers, users and our partners. Want a hint for the interview? Your chances are higher if you have knowledge of PHP, open source projects or agile methods.
Community Manager (Ostrava)
Our success is based also on a good communication with the community and that’s why we care about it a lot. As a community manager you will be in direct contact with developers from all around the world, our personnel officers and marketers. You will work with customers’ data which needs to be monitored and processed but should serve also as an inspiration. You will help not only to create a strategy of our activities but also to monitor the trends which will help us to follow the right path when developing SSFW. You will be an important link between the ShopSys Framework and developers‘ world.
Tester (Ostrava)
We are looking for a tester who works systematically, is acute and has a sense for customer’s thinking. You will contribute with your ideas and creation of end-to-end tests using Selenium and Codeception (or Behat). You will be responsible for manual testing of functions and time to time for writing explanatory notes and manuals. If you know UX, PHP or test writing, you are ahead of the other candidates!
I have been working for ShopSys for more than five years but I’m still facing new challenges. Working on ShopSys Framework forces me to think about other developers’ needs and I also meet a lot of them not only at conferences. Having pleasing working environment and nice co-workers has been assuring me that I chose my job well and will stay here for a long time, says Petr Heinz (senior developer) about working on framework.
